ipfallback

This scripts main purpose is to allow IP fallback routing between a PRIMARY and SECONDARY interface.

Combinations can be:
- PRIMARY ethernet, SECONDARY ethernet (on same subnet)
- PRIMARY ethernet, SECONDARY ethernet (diff subnets)
- PRIMARY ethernet, SECONDARY ppp dial
- PRIMARY ppp dial, SECONDARY ppp dial

This is my first release of this script, so don't yell if it doesn't work.
